Please note that for any single win worth $1000 or more, government issued identification must be presented during the validation process. Furthermore, any person who has a single win worth between $3000 and $9999.99 must first call the BCLC Prize Claim number at 1-866-815-0222 and arrange to make an appointment with a Commissioner of Oath before the validation process can be completed.
